A standard bariatric evaluation is efficient, transparent, and broken into three straightforward steps:
Upfront Digital Paperwork (60–90 minutes): At your own pace from home, you will complete secure online health, lifestyle, and mental health questionnaires. To ensure a thorough review of your history, this paperwork must be finished at least 48 hours prior to our session.
Virtual Clinical Interview (50–60 minutes): We will meet for a collaborative telehealth video call to discuss your history, your preparation for the post-surgery lifestyle, your support systems, and look in depth at anything that arises from your upfront paperwork.
Report Submission: I compile the data into a comprehensive, professional report and transmit it directly to your bariatric surgeon’s office.
